PIX Open Call Artist Talk: Jackie Neale
Print and Picture Collection at Parkway Central Library
On April 13, 2016 at 6:30 p.m., artist Jackie Neale will talk about her work in the Print and Picture Collection. Jackie's work was selected as part of PIX Open Call 2015, a call for entries for juried two-person exhibitions, and will be on view in the Print and Picture Collection Hallway Gallery alongside the work of Joel Katz March 14 through April 29, 2016.
Jackie Neale is a photographer, author, and instructor in Philadelphia and Brooklyn. Ignited and inspired by interpersonal relationships and visual anthropology, Jackie's work has been exhibited throughout the North East, appeared on NPR/WNYC and in the documentary Time Zero: The Last Year of Polaroid, and published online and in print. She has self-published #SubwaySeries, a photobook consisting of photographs of commuters on the New York City subway system.
