The Read by 4th Winter Break Book Fair is a social event for youth in Kindergarten through 3 grade. The fairs serve as an opportunity for peers to meet over the break and participate in an arts & crafts activity that supports out-of-school-time reading. In addition, children can select up to 3 free books to add to their home libraries.

Students must be accompanied by an adult.
