This April 1970 image shows a man and a woman in front of the fountain at JFK Plaza, with the Municipal Services Building in the background.  Both the plaza and the Municipal Services Building were built in 1965; the fountain was added in 1969.  JFK Plaza would come to be nicknamed LOVE Park, after the icinic LOVE sculpture was added in 1976.  No information is given about the label "contest negatives," but Temple University's Digital Collections identifies the couple as Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Huber, and dates the occasion as "a midcity Easter stroll."
