PRODUCTION WORKERS ARE LEARNING new skills at Chrysler Corporation's

Lynch Road Assembly Plant in Detroit. Here, a group of workers learn metal finishing

as part of the largest training effort in Chrysler Corporation's history. More than a

thousand employees of the Lynch Road Assembly Plant volunteered for the training

while the plant is being renovated this summer. When the plant reopens, it will produce

Chrysler New Yorkers and Newports, and Dodge St. Regis cars.
