In the foreground, on the opposite side of the street, families stroll, converse, and are greeted by other individuals near men, including laborers, talking near a pile of crates and a loaded dray. Also shows lettering reading "Howard" above the doorway of 92 Chestnut Street and a partial view of adjacent buildings.
