Advertisement showing children at play in a park setting. In the foreground, two boys, one in a sailor's outfit, pulls a swing attached to a tree, on which a boy sits and a girl stands. The tree is adorned with a sign that reads "Best Childs Shoe Made." At the boys' feet, a "Standard Tips" shoebox, with an eye-catching illustrated label lies on the ground. One of a pair of Standard Tips rests on the box, with the other lying next to it with the sole bearing a Harris trademark. In background, two boys play stick ball. All the children are well-dressed and wear 'Standard Tips" shoes. Also contains the Thomas M. Harris & Co. trademark marked with the dates and Aug. 1882 & July 1884 the motto "Our Sole Leather Tip the Best in the World."
