Rockville, Md. - Young Humphrey Cissel wanted an auto all his own, so with three dollars and a lot of ingenuity, together with a good sprinkling of nerve, he built his own. The motor is 1/2 hp washing machine outfit that gets 80 miles to the gallon and makes ten miles an hour. The photo shows young Cissel driving the car.
