Notes: "This view is westward from City Hall beneath the bridge connecting Broad Street Station with the Arcade Building. The bridge, built around 1902, afforded pedestrians access to the station, and connected the station with Pennsylvania Railroad offices in the Arcade Building. Beyond the bridge at the right is the wall of the train shed and the old "Chinese Wall" extending along Market Street."--OPEP, p. 164.
