Street lamps line both sides of the street. Street cars and tracks visible around the bend, as well as horse-drawn carriages. Men and women walking on sidewalks and crossing street. Two small children playing with a cart. Signs on commercial building: "Wilson-that's all" ; "El-Bart-Gin Rickey."
