Notes: "Once a spacious residential property, the northeast corner of Broad and Walnut Streets is now one of the busiest intersections in the city and the site of Fidelity Bank. The Dundas-Lippincott, or 'Yellow,' Mansion was built in 1839 by James Dundas, a banker. It was bequeathed to Mrs. Joshua Lippincott in 1865, and remained standing until 1903."--OPEP, p. 175.
Notes: The intersection with man standing next to a street lamp. Mansion with columned entrance and fence surrounding property. To its right and in background are large trees. One man is crossing the street; horse-drawn carriages and streetcar tracks on Walnut Street.
