"The view southeast from the observatory at Lemon Hill, East Fairmount Park, shows the Centennial City in the hazy distance. Immediately below, on the east bank of the Schuylkill River, are the rowing clubs of Boathouse Row, the pleasure steamers at the landing stage, and the Fairmount Water Works below the reservoir. The Spring Garden Street Bridge stretches to the Centennial grounds, right."--OPEP, p. 189.
