Notes:
Auburn President Puts Production Cars Through 2000-Mile Test-1934 or 1935. W.H. Beal, president of Auburn, believes in the test of the pudding. The photo above shows him with a caravan of Auburn Dual Ratio cars taken direct from the production line and put through a 2000-mile break down trip through mud, sand and snow, and over mountain trails. The terrific beating over all kinds and conditions of roads on this trip which these cars received was more exacting than the average driver gives a car in a year of normal driving, yet throughout the entire trip no servicing of any kind was required.
