San Diego, California-- Model of the two-place Bobbi-Kar which is expected to go into production soon here. Builders say car will attain 40 to 50 miles per gallon of gasoline, and a top speed of 60 miles per hour. It will be powered by a two-cylinder horizontally opposed, air-cooled engine. The entire body will be of plastic. Motor and rear tire are in rear, while space under hood is utilized as a luggage compartment.
