Notes:
CRV (Cycolac Research Vehicle) Sports/Racing Car is sponsored by Marbon Chemical Division, Borg-Warner Corp., manufacturer of Cycolac ABS thermoplastic, to demonstrate practicality and economy of the vacuum forming process. Use of the Marbon material and vacuum forming permitted designers to incorporate seats, console, arm rests, dashboard, doors, wheel wells and fenders as integral, formed-in-place parts of upper or lower body halves. Designers point to the CRV as "the first U.S. sports and competition car in ten years to offer distinctively original styling in a model planned for production."
