On Tuesday next, the train for Slough, starts at a quarter before eleven A.M. Faithful to his rule of being at Railways a quarter of an hour before starting-time, a youth of noble-form and stately (but not severe) presence, will be descried on the steps of the first-class booking office Door at the Paddington Terminus, as the bells of this great city chime half past ten.
