My Dear John Leech (see Tupper).
On Tuesday next, the train for Slough, starts at a quarter before eleven A.M.  Faithful to his rule of being at Railways a quarter of an hour before starting-time, a youth of noble-form and stately (but not severe) presence, will be descried on the steps of the first-class booking office Door at the Paddington Terminus, as the bells of this great city chime half past ten.  In the features of that noble youth, an observer will descry the lineaments of
