Notes:

Chaparral Sports-Racing Car Chassis is made entirely of fiberglass reinforced epoxy. Molded in eleven pieces, and assembled with an adhesive, the rivets maintain alignment and gluing pressures. The engine bay is at the bottom with suspension mounting points outboard. Integral seats are above, passengers' feet fitting into the dark opening at the front (top) of the chassis. The rectangular area will be cut down to form the dash board cum bulkhead, and in the illustration hides the front suspension mounting points. The round holes are for access to interior mounting points and the gas tanks.

The Chaparral was designed by Jim Hall of Midland, Texas, with chassis elements designed and fabricated by Andy Green of PlasTrends, Fort Worth, Texas.
