 Chevrolet Beretta GTU... is the street version of Chevy's popular sport coupe that will compete on the 1988 IMSA GTU racing circuit. Available early in 1988, Beretta GTU sports lower rocker, quarter and valance panel extensions; GTU graphics; 16-inch aluminum wheels with P205/55VR16 tires; body color bodyside moldings; scalp moldings with body-color accent; and breakaway mirrors. In the rear, Beretta GTU sports a new deck lid spoiler with center high-mounted stop lamp, new lower rear valance extensions and dual chrome exhaust tips. TEamed with the 2.8 liter V6 with Multi Port Fuel Injection, the Z51 Performance Handling Package and a 5-speed manual transmission, Beretta GTU is a power performer.
