As Mr. Holsworth has invented Monday Week for me in some wild fancy of his brain, please send the accounts to me here.
Yes, by all means, as to Mr. Stone's frontspiece for the next Edition of Great Expectation. But I think that, to make it look well, there should be a Vignette Title Page too.
I have not heard from Mr. Lever, but it is not in the least likely that he has mistaken what I wrote to him at the time as settled between us. It was set forth in the plainest manner.
