GETTING IT ALL TOGETHER -- Skilled high school student mechanics, champions of the Plymouth Trouble Shooting contests in Canada, Mexico and the United States, will compete in an international contest July 28 in front of the Time-Life building at Rockefeller Center. It will be the most challenging comptetition in the 28-year history of Trouble Shooting as the two-man teams try to find and fix malfunctions planted in Plymouth Volare cars, re-assemble and install the engines and restore the cars to normal operating condition.
