Here’s one way to beat gas rationing! R.G.J. Nash, of Weybridge, Surrey, England, has taken this 1898 Columbia Electric Car from his collection of old cars, reconditioned it and licensed it. The vehicle, originally owned by Queen Alexandria, runs twenty miles before requiring recharging.
