Crosley car built for ‘the forgotten man’. This is the new car brought out by Powel Crosley, radio and refrigerator builder, as small, low-cost transportation for the ‘forgotten man’. Made to sell for slightly more than $300, the car has aviation type two-cylinder four-cycle engine with air cooling. Models will be in two-passenger convertible coupes, four-passenger sedans and light commercial vehicles. The new car, to be shown at the World Fair, is 10 feet long, nearly five feet high, weighs less than 925 pounds. It is designed to make 50 miles an hour and give up to 60 miles on a gallon of gasoline.
