Indianapolis, Ind. “The forgotten man’s car, fit for a king” is what the manufacturers of this new low-priced auto believes his product to be. The maker is Powel Crosley, Jr., who also makes radios and refrigerators. The car was demonstrated at the Indianapolis Speedway and will be further demonstrated at the New York World’s Fair. The car is ten feet long, nearly five feet in height and weighs less than 935 pounds. It is expected to achieve an economy up to 60 miles to the gallon of gas and is designed to attain a speed of 50 miles an hour. This model accommodates four passengers comfortably and will sell for a little more than $300.
