Notes:
Unique mural, blue, white and gold – for the 1937 National Automobile Show in Grand Central Palace, New York, October 27 to November 3. It is a visualization of what the motorist of the early days bought. An amusing contrast between the awkward looking, high-priced gas buggies of an earlier day and the sleek bodies of 1938, which are offered at prices greatly reduced by quantity production and advanced engineering. This mural will be one of those decorating the entrance lobby of the show. It measures 7 x 12 feet and will have a gold border.
