This 1949 image shows an oblique view of a two-story commercial building at the southeast corner of 15th and Walnut Streets. Ciro's, on the corner, was one of a chain of nightclubs owned by Philadelphia restaurateur Frank Palumbo. Next door to it were National Airlines and Ace All-Aluminum Windows and Doors; above these, on the second story was Regency Clothes. The demolish date is unknown.
