 Opened in 1909, the Chestnut Hill Branch is the eighth of the Andrew Carnegie-funded libraries in Philadelphia (having replaced the earlier branch building on the same site).  This is an interior view of the new meeting room addition of the branch, on its dedication day, March 10, 1991.
