SLIPPERIEST SMALL CAR built in North America, the aerodynamically-styled Dodge Omni 024 is shown undergoing wind tunnel smoke tests that illustrate flow of air over the car for improved fuel efficiency. The 024 shows that Chrysler stylists aren’t boxed in by small car design. The testing was done at the Canadian National Research Center in Ottawa, Canada.
