Sectional view of the Dorris Distillator as perfected and in use on all 1922 Dorris passenger car models.
The small tubes projecting downward from top of Distillator inside of Intake Manifold were installed for purpose of carrying small thermometers, which extend above top of Distillator. These were for experimental purposes only, and are probably better eliminated from illustration unless attention is better called to them explaining what they are - 1922
