Notes: De Soto Division, Chrysler Corporation, Detroit, Michigan. The Sportsman is one of six body styles offered in De Soto's Fire Dome V-8 series. Four body styles are available in the De Soto Powermaster Six line. The Sportsman features a new one-piece rear window and an interior of pleated nylon color-harmonized with leather bolsters. The wire wheels shown on this model are available as special equipment, along with such other features as: PowerFlite fully-automatic transmission; Full-Time Power Steering; Power Brakes: electric window lifts; and De Soto Airtemp Air Conditioning.
