This is how one of the employes' parking lots at the Ford Motor Company's Rouge plan t appeared last week before the coal strike, parts shortages and transportation tieups forced a shutdown of nearly all Ford operations. Approximately 20,000 employe cars are parked in Rouge lots each working day.
