Notes: Ford features a sporty "C" stripe along the profile of its lower, longer, wider 1969 two-door XL convertible (above). Besides basic styling changes, all new Ford convertibles give rear seat passengers 10 inches of additional seating space compared to 1968 models. The four-door Custom 500 sedan (below) features a full-length side molding that emphasizes the neat appearance of the car.
