Notes: Ford's new little Pinto, just 163 inches long, 69.1 inches wide and 50 inches high, provides roomy comfort for four adults. A two door sedan that suggests a sporty hardtop, Pinto is the smallest of American-made sub-compacts. Yet it has the interior spaciousness and comfort of larger standard-sized cars. Its four-cylinder engine delivers more than 25 miles per gallon in city-suburban driving. Ford dealers will introduce the Pinto on September 11 (1970).
