GRANADA – With the look and features of far more expensive cars, the Ford Granada offers a revised selection of trims and new technical features for discerning buyers in 1979. Four new exterior colors, two new vinyl-roof colors and an optional tone-on-tone paint treatment in five color combinations freshens Granada’s already extensive list of appearance features. Available in two- and four-door models, Granada comes in three distinct versions – standard, Ghia and ESS. The Granada ESS (shown here) has black upper-bodyside moldings, a blackout grille and trim highlights, color-keyed wheelcovers and dual sport mirrors, plus such interior appointments as individually reclining bucket seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
