1991 TAURUS AND THUNDERBIRD – The 1991 Taurus, named to Car & Driver magazine’s top ten list five years in a row, has become one of the most popular family sedans in America. The Taurus SHO model (top) comes standard with a 220 horsepower multi-valve V6 engine, anti-lock brakes and a driver’s side air bag. Thunderbird Super Coupe (bottom) combines performance with luxury offering such standard equipment as a supercharged V6 engine, anti-lock 4-wheel disc brakes, 16-inch cast aluminum wheels and high-performance tires.
