Notes:

Complete Chassis Frame – chrome moly steel tubing of exceptional rigidity and light weight.

Wheel base – 100 3/16”

Tires – 7.10 x 15, special tubeless nylon Firestone, white wall “500” series.

Wheels – “Saber tooth” aluminum chrome plated 15” wheels, having 6” rims and allowing good ventilation to brake and tires.

Radiator – Cross flow tube and fin, all brass radiator with shrouded (shroud not illustrated) four bladed fan. Fan is dynamically and statically balanced and of a special design so as to reduce noise level.

Suspension – Front: Unequal length “wishbones” and “A” frames, attached to the frame on rubber bushings. Coil spring also mounted on rubber vibration dampener. Variable rate direct acting telescopic shock absorbers, rubber mounted and tilted at an angle so as to help roadability. Rubber mounted anti-roll bar. King pins have been eliminated in preference to upper and lower ball joints, automatically lubricated. Entire front suspension is mounted in such a way as to eliminate any metal to metal connection to the frame, thus reducing road noise and vibration as well as eliminating lubrication at these points. All rubber mountings are designed in such a way as to eliminate undue wear and tear at the suspension bushings, and operate under all climatic conditions. This system has a longer life than ordinary threaded bushings and needs no greasing.  There are no grease nipples on a Gaylord car!
