AND NOW…One of the world’s great industrial research centers is the General Motors technical Center, scheduled for official dedication May 15-16 (1956). Here the main Styling buildings are seen across a corner of the center’s 22-acre artificial lake, a far cry from the early technical laboratories of 1909. Other building groups on the 900-acre site are devoted to activities of the Research Staff, Process Development Section and Engineering Staff.
