Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text is in two rectangular frames in the center of the document, flanked by two large stemmed fan-shaped flowers. At the top center is a rosette. Fraktur appears to be by same anonymous artist as FLP 770, a birth and baptismal certificate made for Jacob Krauss of Sugarloaf Township, Luzerne County, PA.
