Notes:
Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur is within a square frame in the lower center of the document. Above it is a large crown, which is held up by two angels. Along the top edge is a series of six birds, along a swagged border with a small rosette in the center. The text is flanked by two columns, which contains tulips at the base and are topped by a circle or sphere. The document is framed by a checkered border at the top and bottom; at the sides the border consists of two rows of triangles with a row of circles in the middle.
