Translation:

Lidia Harnisch was born August 9th 1833. The Lord keep her in blessing. And lead her in the eternal blessedness. Amen. Who trusts in God, the highest, has not build on sand. Executed August 27, 1846, by Christ[ia]n B. Hartman, professor of plain and ornamental penmanship.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-lettered. The text, in Fraktur lettering, extends across the entire document, beginning with large, ornate letters at the top. Abstract leafy decoration is in the top corners and upper portion of the document. This is one of only two known examples by this artist. He was the teacher of the Catherine Landis who made a copybook that is FLP 1154.
