[verses on the left, starting at the top]
Go forth therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Matthew 28: 19, 20.

I am baptized into Your Name, God, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost! I am counted as one of Your seeds, to a people that You cherish. I am buried with Christ; I have been bestowed with Your spirit.

My loving Father, You have declared me to be Your child; my faithful Savior, You have offered me the fruits of Your death; You want me to dedicate my life to God, God’s Spirit will be my comfort!

[verses on the right, starting on the top]
And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, see, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him. Matthew 3: 16.

God, to You this child may be recommended You accept it; Your Word is true. We are offering it to you in the holy baptism as you yourself prescribed. Oh, bless it, Father, Son, and Ghost, as your dear word promises us.

Through Your mercy’s seal, every right will be that of Christians. Consecrate us in the water bath to be your child and heir. O holy, may it once know the value of the joy that it belongs to you!
