Notes:
Hand-drawn; hand-lettered. The main text, with the date in Roman script and the remainder in Fraktur, is in the center of the document. It is framed by wreath-like ornaments. On the sides are two urns with various flowers, including tulips. In the lower center is a heart below wing-shaped decorations. In the upper center are tulips. The two lower corners of the leaf are cut off. The name and date in German script are penciled on the back.
