Translation:

All men must die; all flesh decays like hay, whatever lives must decay if it is to be renewed differently. This body, it must decay, if it is to enjoy the great glory that awaits the pious. Therefore I shall willingly give this life away when it pleases God, I am not saddened by this, because in Jesus’ wounds I have already found salvation and my comfort in the pain of death [text breaks off]
