Translation:

My Savior takes the sinners who under their burden of sinners no man, no angel can comfort, who do not find peace and salvation anywhere, for whom even the world is too small, who are an abomination to themselves and to God, for whom Moses has already broken his staff and promised them to Hell. When this free city will be opened, my Savior takes the sinners.
