Translation:

I, named Joseph Landes, was born Anno 1774, the 20th day of February; his lawful wife Sara was born Anno 1773, the 22nd day of March. Anno 1795, the 14th of April, he entered into holy matrimony with the worthy Sara Fretz, and will remain here as long as the Lord wills.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur covers the upper portion of the document. The first line is written in prominent letters. Around them are several flowers. The lower portion of the document is divided into three rectangular frames. Tulips are in the outer frames, and the center one is blank. The entire item is enclosed by a decorative frame.
