Translation:

Come here, you miserable ones, you tortured ones. Give yourselves into my hands, o, you chosen ones, then I want to give myself to you, feed and water you, nourish as my sheep, grant right rest, never turn away from you. Come here to me, says God’s son, all you who are oppressed, heavily burdened with sins, you young, old, women and man, I want to give you what I have, want to heal your flaws. 1825.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-written.  The first word of the text is in Fraktur, in large and ornate letters in red ink, with a leafy tulip above it.  The remainder of the text is in German script.  In the upper-left corner is a scalloped design; the top and sides of the document have a solid blue border.  This fraktur is thought to be a later copy of a dated 1803 Schwenkfelder fraktur (see Shelley, The Fraktur-Writings, fig. 160).
