Hand-lettered; printed form. The main text in Fraktur and Roman script is in the lower portion of the document. Above it is a brick church with several people in front of it. The church is flanked by large banners with text. The banner on the left is held up by an angel, and the one on the right is held by an eagle. Above the church are clouds, a sun, stars, and a moon. The Tetragrammaton with emanating light is in the center. The entire item is framed by a decorative border.
