Translation:

The paths of the Lord are noble. Goodness and truth to those who keep his covenant. Psalm 25:10.
His doing is full of blessing; his walk is full of light. 243. 4. To the 14th of August, 1809.

Notes:

Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur and Roman script within an oval frame is in the center of the document. On the upper edge of the frame are leafy, flowery vines. In the center is a violin, an open book, and two wind instruments. A bird sits on the violin.  Probably Moravian in origin.
