Translation:

Heaven, earth, sky and sea witness of the Creator’s glory; sing, my soul, also now bring your praise hereto. The heavenly army thanks you, o ruler of all thrones, and those who live in your shadow on earth, in the air and the sea, they praise your Creator’s might, who has everything well thought out. Give our God the glory. The Lord is near and never separated from his people. He remains their refuge, their blessing, salvation and joy. With mother’s hands he steadily leads his own back and forth. Give our God the honor. Amen. Think of the Creator in your youth, before the evil days come, and the years come near and you will say I have no pleasure in them.

[In heart in lower left]
My heart has said it in this time.

The remainder of the text in German script within a rectangular frame is in the lower right area of the document. In the lower left corner are two rectangular frames with a heart and flowers, and a flowerpot with flowers. The entire document is enclosed by a decorative border.
