Hand-drawn; hand-colored. In the center of the document is a steamship with several flags. The drawing was completed on the back of a page from a ledger with several columns, including Consignor, Consignee, and Destination.  See FLP 627 for a related example.

The Fall River Line ran steamships between New York City and New England. The line was launched in 1847.  The steamship Pilgrim was launched in 1883.
