Translation:
Christina Lindemuth was born in Virginia, Shenandoah County, the 15th of February 1818. Her parents are Andreas Lindemuth and his wife Rosina. Her sponsors are Henrich Frey and his wife Christina. She was baptized by Mister Johann Nicolaus Schmucker, servant of the Word.
Shepherd, take your little sheep; head, make it into your limb; way of heaven, show him the path; lord of peace, give him peace; grape vine, grant that this vine will also surround you in faith.

Notes:
Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered. The text in Fraktur and German script within a heart is in the lower center of the document. Above it is a drawn curtain. In the upper center is a winged angel head and rosettes. In the lower corners are leafy stems of tulips and other flowers. The entire document is framed by a decorative border. This is one of at least six fraktur made by the same artist for the Lindemuth family (see also FLP 378 and FLP 379 for additional examples).
