Hand-drawn; hand-colored; hand-lettered, printed form. The main text in Roman print within a circular frame is in the center of the document. The verses in Roman print within rectangular frames are in the corners. The areas between the frames are decorated by leaf-like patterns that are enclosed by borders. The entire document is enclosed by a decorative frame.
